Infant Physical Therapy
Infants may require physical therapy for various reasons affecting their movement, development, or musculoskeletal health. Common conditions include torticollis, plagiocephaly, and prematurity-related delays. My goal is to help your baby progress in their gross motor development in a "no pressure" environment. I will meet your child where they are at developmentally, and provide a treatment plan you can easily incorporate into your day. We will work as a team to teach your baby how to move his/her body comfortably!
Personalized Virtual Consultations
A virtual consultation begins with an intake discussion to gather information about your child’s medical history, current concerns, and developmental milestones. During the video call, I will observe posture, strength, range of motion, and motor skills in real time. I will provide strategies, exercises, and positioning techniques tailored to your goals and demonstrate how to carry them out at home. You will leave with a personalized plan and ongoing support, making virtual consultations a flexible and accessible way to receive pediatric physical therapy services from home. Our initial consultation will be 60 minutes, to provide us with plenty of time to discuss your baby's history and create a personalized plan. Evaluation cost for 60 minutes is $120.
Follow-Up Sessions and Home Programs
Follow up sessions are offered as well. Together, we will come up with a schedule that works for your family and that is appropriate for your child. In the meantime, you will have a home program to practice with your baby daily. Each follow up visit will be 30 minutes. Each follow up session cost is $55.
